Trim hedges, trees, shrubs and bushes. As counterintuitive as it may sound, a professional trim in the fall acts like a fountain of youth for your plants. Clever pruning means that the plants can rejuvenate and become stronger for the next season.
The best time to prune is when the plants have already started to draw their sap back into the roots. This can be seen when the leaves change color and the stems begin to lean towards the ground. Basically, we prune the following: dead twigs and branches, diseased plant parts, thin branches near the trunk, plant parts that get in each other's way and damage each other. On the one hand, healthy branches protect the plant and its roots, and on the other hand, the garden will otherwise look bare in the following months.
However, roses and other spring-flowering plants should only be cut back in the spring after flowering.

Product information: The delicious alternative
The dough of our pinsa, made from a special mixture of rice, soy and wheat flour, rests for over 72 hours so that it becomes perfectly airy and delicious. When baked, the pinsa gets a fine, crispy crust that encloses an airy interior.
Traditionally topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella, but beyond that there are no limits to the light enjoyment.
