Landscape gardener for green space maintenance, Landscape gardener for garden maintenance in the private sector

I offer you the following:

- Full-time position limited from March to mid-December 2025 & again from March 2026 etc. (m/f);

- 4 days week;

- As a trained gardener you will receive €18.50 gross per hour in the first year > increase possible according to performance;

34.5 hours/week Mon-Thurs, 1 hour break;

- No work when it rains;

- Probationary period 6 months;

- 4 weeks paid vacation;

- You work with the best battery tools from Stihl

This is what I want from you:

- Existing professional experience in the field of green space maintenance, lawn renovation is advantageous;

- Head of nursing team / foreman / German in speech and writing required

- Experience in handling machines and equipment of all kinds;

- Flexibility & proactive approach;

-Independent & precise work as well as reliability;

- Maintenance of outdoor facilities and green areas: mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, blowing leaves, removing weeds;

- Set natural stone rows

- Light manual work: e.g. painting fences;

- Friendly demeanor;

- Experience and safe handling of garden tools;

- Driving license of at least class B required, driving license BE advantageous;

- As a gardener's assistant you will receive €14.50 gross per hour in the first year > increase possible according to performance;

- No work when it rains;

- Probationary period 6 months;

- 4 weeks paid vacation

- Working with the best battery-powered Stihl tools available on the market

This is what I want from you:

- Existing professional experience in the field of green space maintenance, lawn renovation is advantageous;

- Experience in handling machines and equipment;

- Experience in dealing with all kinds of plants;

- Flexibility & sense of responsibility, proactive approach;

- Independent & precise work as well as reliability;

- Maintenance of outdoor facilities and green areas: mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, blowing leaves, removing weeds;

- Light manual work: e.g. painting fences;

- Friendly demeanor;

-Experience and safe handling of garden tools;

- Driving license of at least class B required, driving license BE advantageous;

- German at least B2
